Bib Numbers and Race Packs
Bib numbers and race packs will be available for PICK UP ONLY from the ‘Information Tent’ in our Events Village. You can pick your bib number and race pack up at any time during event opening hours. Please bring your confirmation ticket and ID to the ‘Information Tent’ to pick up your bib number and race pack.
All clothing that is included as part of your race ticket can be picked up when you collect your bib number and race pack for the ‘Information Tent’ in the Events Village.
If you require a different size to the one you have ordered, please contact us prior to the event so we can ensure the correct size is added to your pack. If you need to change your item on the day, we will have a small number of additional sizes but once they are gone they are gone therefore we cannot guarantee you will be able to get the right size for you. Please ensure you use the sizing chart to understand what size you require to avoid any disappointment.
Once you have completed your race, you will be awarded a race medal specific to the distance you have completed. If there are any issues with your medal please don’t hesitate to let one of our event staff know and they will swap it for you.
One the day sign ups
We will have a limited number of on the day sign ups for all our races. Please go to the ‘Information Tent’ to purchase your race ticket, first come first serve. We accept card and cash payments however please note that on the day sign-ups will be more expensive
