If you have any questions regarding any of our courses please don't hesitate to contact us via email at [email protected]

All of our courses are on a hard gravel path so be aware that if it rains it could get a little muddy.

The courses are undulating in places, further information will be shared once we have confirmed the measurement of each course with UKA.

All our races with the exception of our 1 Mile and 500m races are chip timed.

Your bib number will include a chip that will automatically calculate your time and will be available for you to see via our 'Results' section within 24 hours of your race ending. This will include your 'Gun Time' and 'Chip Time'.

If you have any issues with your time or believe it is incorrect, please contact us via email at [email protected], quote your bib number so we can identify you and we will look into it for you.

We include mile markers on all of our courses

We do not have this facility, however, feel free to pace each other.

St Johns Ambulance will be on hand both in the Event Village and on our courses to support with any medical emergencies that arise during your race.

Information you provide during registration, along with details you enter on your bib number prior to the start of each race will be used by St Johns Ambulance when treating you, so please make sure this is accurate.

If you see a fellow runner that needs help or you yourself are in distress, please make the nearest marshall aware so we can get our medical team dispatched as quickly as possible.

The bag drop is located next to the Information Tent, remove your bag drop tag from your bib number and attach to your bag, hand this into our volunteers in the bag drop area and collect at any time.

Bag drop will close after the final race of each day finishes so please ensure you collect your bag. Items are left at your own risk, however, our team will do everything in their power to ensure they stay safe and looked after.

Each route with the exception of our 500m and 1 Mile races will have either 1 or a number of water stations included throughout the course.

We automatically provide you with a reusable cup that you can use during the race, simply fill these up at any of our water stations.

There will be water available in the finishing funnel area as well. Stay hydrated and if you want to bring your own water bottle or hydration pack, please feel free.

There are no official toilet facilities on any of our courses.

All toilets can be found in the events village. if at any time you come across a dirty toilet or see that anything within the toilet has run out, please make one of the volunteers aware at the 'Information Tent' situated in the Event Village and we will ensure it is cleaned straight away.

Normal headphones are allowed in our Nottingham races however all we would ask is that you stay aware of other individuals that are around you as we wouldn't want any accidents happening.

Bone conductor earphones are a safer option but we know they aren't for everyone.

We welcome all abilities when it comes to our races. With blind runners specifically, we offer a free place to any guide runner required.

Please contact us via email at [email protected] ahead of booking, we can provide a FREE code and your guide runner will get a medal and race pack as well.

our courses are suitable for wheelchair users, however, please contact us via email at [email protected] ahead of booking your ticket, as this may change once our courses have been officially measured and any alterations are implemented.

In some cases, assistance may be required.

We regret to inform you that bikes are unable to accompany you during your race, this is for the safety of other runners.

We allow buggies on all our Nottingham courses as they are closed to any road traffic. All we would ask is you remain aware of other runners, start towards the back of the pack and in places the courses can get quite narrow.

if you have any questions please let us know by emailing [email protected]

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to take part in our races unless they are a disability requirement

There will be no runner photography at our Nottingham event.

There will be an event photographer capturing images throughout the event village and sometimes on the course, these will be used to market our event over the coming years. if you wish to not be featured then please make yourself known to our photographer, who will take your bib number and details to ensure you aren't included in any of our photography.
